El alcalde de Tavernes, Sergi González recordó las restricciones actuales a la población
El Ayuntamiento de Tavernes ampliaran las medidas locales actuales contra Covid-19 aprobadas el 18 de enero hasta al menos el 15 de febrero. Estas medidas incluyen el cierre de instalaciones deportivas municipales utilizadas para deportes federales y no federales, casas culturales, bibliotecas (disponibles para préstamo con cita previa) para el Ayuntamiento, Braç Treballador o Tourist Info, y la suspensión de cualquier actividad organizada por el Ayuntamiento, de tipo cultural, deportivo o de ocio.
El alcalde de Tavernes, Sergi González, menciono que «las medidas más estrictas como el cierre de negocios y locales de ocio, restricciones de movilidad o bien cierres perimetrales de la ciudad no son competencia municipal y, por ende, no las podemos tomar unilateralmente”, y apela “sobre todo a la responsabilidad individual para superar esta situación”.
