El concejal delegado del Instituto Municipal de Archivo y Bibliotecas de Gandia, José Manuel Prieto, informó esta mañana que la Biblioteca Central continúa con el ciclo de conferencias «Un paseo por la Historia de Gandia» para promover la historia, cultura y patrimonio de nuestra ciudad. De nuevo, tal como se produjo con la última sesión, el IMAB contará con la colaboración de Radio Gandia y Telesafor para promover la actividad.
En esta sexta sesión el tema protagonista es «Caminos de agua. La red de riego de la huerta de Gandia en la Edad Media», y estará a cargo de Frederic Aparisi Romero y Ferran Esquilache Martí, equipo de investigadores que se dedica a la investigación y divulgación de la historia medieval valenciana y miembros del Grupo Arca.
Esta charla de «Historia de Gandia» se desarrollará el viernes 16 de abril a las 19:30 h de manera presencial en el Salón de Actos de la Biblioteca Central solicitando inscripción previa a través del teléfono 962 959 592 o del whatsapp de la Biblioteca 678837402. También se retransmitirá en directo a través del canal de #BibliotequesGandia en la página de YouTube.
